yes, so this is good morning from the Meredosia Boat Dock, admiring the Magical Jeep from mom’s front porch, getting schooled on organic tea by BroFlo (confirmed hippie NRA-member), rolling on 67, over the bridge at Beardstown then on to West Central Illinois Arts Center on the square in Macomb, Illinois for the “Midwest Contemporary Voices” reading during the Macomb Poetry Festival with featured readers David Wright & Michele McDannold (Magical Jeep Lending Library in tow), presented by Barbara Harroun, Western Illinois University English Professor…. then around the square a bit and magical jeep wandering along backroads (the greatest) of McDonough County. & a little cemetery visit
sometimes you have to sit still, even if it’s just in your mother’s garage. sometimes you take selfies in the juggalo basement. sometimes you have to go to the dentist and take a bunch of selfies with your birthday buddy. sometimes there’s a white rabbit under the car. sometimes your brother has a cheese on his head.
